PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME
Orders usually take 10-15 business days to process and produce, but production time typically increases during sales, product releases, and holidays. Please keep in mind that we are a small business and create everything by hand, just for you!
SHIPPING CARRIER & TIME
Once your order has been processed and produced (see processing & production time above), orders are shipped via USPS Standard Mail by default, which varies between 4-5 business days. Priority Mail option will vary between 2-3 business days.
We strongly suggest selecting Insured Shipping. Helen P. Jewelry is not liable for any lost or stolen packages during transit and it is the customers responsibility to contact the post office if a package goes missing or arrives damaged.
Due to current demand, we aren't offering rush orders at this time. We will do everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible!
CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE PLACED
Due to high volume of orders and our handmade process, we cannot allow for changes or cancellations to be made, so please be sure to double check your order before placing. In the event you need to make a change after submitting, there is a $15 fee. To do so please email us at email@example.com.
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be there to receive the package or it is safe to leave unattended. If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact USPS. Make sure you provide accurate shipping details, as customers are held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to us for inaccurate delivery information.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive an email with a link to your tracking number when your order leaves our studio, so you can follow its journey right to your door.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact your local Postal Service. If you purchased Insured shipping you can file a claim with USPS, so they can begin the attempt to recover or refund you for the lost package.
