Exchanges / Returns
We do not issue refunds. You may return unworn items for merchandise credit within 7 days of receipt.
Our exchange/return window is 7 days from when you receive your jewelry. Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Any shipping costs you may have paid are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We will not accept returns or exchanges of any kind on custom pieces.
Please secure any return, repair or exchange jewelry in a zip lock bag in the manner they were received. We will not accept items sent in envelopes (such as standard mail) and will not accept returns in packages other than padded envelopes or boxes.
Custom & Fine Jewelry
There is a 30 day warranty on chain. Breaks in stones are not covered under warranty. We do not accept returns as all of our custom and fine jewelry are crafted to order. Repair services are are available, fee dependent on product. Please email email@example.com with any questions. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering.
There are no exchanges or returns on sale items.
